Research revealed user frustration with video playback – a core feature of the mobile app that was directly impacting user retention. The goal was to completely redesign the experience and give users full control over video playback.

The redesigned experience enables users to navigate videos precisely using chapters and rewind controls. Picture-in-Picture (PiP) and casting capabilities were also introduced at launch.
