“Roman was an outstanding design partner throughout our engagement. He has a rare ability to take complex workflows and transform them into clean, intuitive user experiences that feel simple and natural to users. Beyond his design skills, I appreciated his professionalism, communication, and collaborative approach. He consistently came prepared with thoughtful recommendations, welcomed feedback, and helped us think through product decisions from both a user and business perspective."
Marcus Anderson
Product Manager
"I’ve worked with Roman for several years on the same product team - he as a designer, I as a QA engineer. He’s one of those rare people who combines creative thinking with real attention to detail and product constraints. His designs are always thoughtful, well-documented, and grounded in user needs. As a QA, I appreciated how often his work prevented issues before they even reached us. A top-notch teammate and a true professional."
Alex Hushevskyi
QA Team Lead at Provectus
"Roman deeply understands both UX and UI across web and mobile platforms, and consistently delivers clean, sharp interfaces that elevate the user experience. He’s incredibly detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and values time and efficiency - traits that make collaboration seamless and productive. Whether it’s a complex product flow or a quick design turnaround, there isn’t an area of design Roman doesn’t understand. He’s the kind of designer who doesn’t just execute - he anticipates, refines, and makes everything better."

"I highly recommend Roman as a UX/UI designer. He's very talented at solving difficult user experience problems in real-world products, both web and mobile. Roman deeply understands the product itself and knows how to make it better, developing creative solutions based on both his experience and careful analysis of data. He's a great team player and easy to work with - collaboration is always smooth and productive because he's always willing to share his ideas and listen to feedback. Roman is a valuable asset to any team and I'd happily work with him again in the future."

Sr. Software Engineer
"As Roman's team lead on the nugs project, I’ve had the chance to see his work up close – and it’s been a pleasure. He leads as a Senior Product Designer and fully owns the web platform: working directly with engineers, aligning with stakeholders, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. I can always count on Roman when the problem is complex and the path isn’t clear. He brings sharp thinking, a refined sense of craft, and an exceptional eye for detail. From early product exploration to launch and iteration, his contribution is steady, thoughtful, and high quality."
