An increasing volume of negative user feedback highlights frustration with the video player experience, driven by a lack of contextual show information and poorly placed playback controls. These issues make content engagement difficult and reduce overall user satisfaction.

Worked within a cross-functional team, including a project manager, iOS and Android development teams, and QA engineers, to deliver early concepts, develop prototypes, present the final solution, and provide support throughout the development process.
